Step 1: Call Native Roofing and Restoration, LLC and set-up a free inspection with a HAAG Certified hail, wind, and storm inspector.
Step 2: If we find damage, sign our contract for us to work with your insurance company and then contact your insurance company to file a claim. Tell them your contractor is Native Roofing and Restoration, LLC
Step 3: Either call us with your adjuster’s information or have your adjuster call us directly so that we can set up an appointment. It is very important to make sure we are there to represent you during this appointment. Do not allow your adjuster to look at your roof alone even if they say they do not need us or will bringing their own contractor.
Step 4: Native Roofing and Restoration, LLC and your insurance adjuster will discuss covered damages.
Step 5: The adjuster will send your paperwork with what damages are covered. Forward any paperwork to Native Roofing and Restoration, LLC before signing so that we can verify that the damages have been fairly evaluated and reported accurately.
Step 6: If Insurance Check has your mortgage company. We will assist you in the process in getting the insurance check endorsed by your mortgage company.
Step 7: Choose a date, and we can discuss shingle, gutter, siding, and/or paint colors.
Step 8: After work is completed, your deductible will be due.
Step 9: Native Roofing and Restoration, LLC will send all paperwork necessary to your adjuster for them then release the held deprecation money (exclusions apply).
Step 10: Forward all checks to Native Roofing and Restoration, LLC once received.
